  • Identify the Ten Commandments
  • Give a real life example of ONE Commandment
  • Show understanding of the Commandments by producing a Rap/Song illustrating 3 Commandments

INTRODUCTION

Have you ever wanted to be a rock star?

Now is your chance! You have just signed a Contract with a famous music agent.

There is just one catch! You have to write and record a Rap / Song about the 10 Commandments.

PROCEDURE

Read each of the Commandments explained here

Print out a Poster of ONE Commandment.

Play the 10 Commandments Game with a friend. Write the 10 Commandments by memory.

Play another game. Afterwards, test a friend by matching the Number and Commandment.

Now it's time to put all the information you have found into a SONG!


Your Song/Rap will need to include:

  • Any 3 Commandments
  • Ways we can follow the Ten Commandments in our own lives.

Organization  The Song contains basic information, however organization is lacking.

Content
Student does not have grasp of information. Student cannot answer questions about subject.
Student is uncomfortable with information and is able to answer only rudimentary questions.
Student demonstrates full knowledge (more than required) by answering all class questions with explanations and elaboration.
